Many tend to overlook the importance of a kitchen ceiling. As a matter of fact, the ceiling is a vital piece in painting the entire kitchen. You can go with classic white as this color can enhance any color combination and shades. Or if you'd like to make a bold statement, then experimenting with other color shades can be considered.
Marble is a much softer stone in comparison to the likes of granites and others. It is porous and often prone to scratching and etching; again, this may not be so much of an issue for you, though if you prefer to keep a young, smooth and almost perfect look about your bathroom then you may wish to go with a more durable material that will not require so much maintenance.
You also need to know about light spectrum. Fluorescent lights have specialized spectrums for your aquarium needs. Full spectrums gives out all the required wavelengths of light that is best for your fish and fresh plants. Different parts of the spectrum have distinctive effects on the different contents of your aquarium. Tropical fish grow brighter with purple-tinted lights. Aquatic plants grow better under the orange-red light.
